Secondhand Sweeties is an online resale boutique specializing in carefully curated pre-owned children’s clothing, toys, baby gear, maternity items, and family essentials. Many of the products we sell are consigned by local families, making each item unique.

We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph each item.

Because many of our products are pre-owned:

Minor signs of normal wear may be present.
Significant flaws or defects will be disclosed whenever possible.
Colors may vary slightly depending on your device’s display.
Measurements are provided when available and should be used as a guide.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Prices, promotions, and product availability are subject to change without notice. Because our inventory consists primarily of one-of-a-kind items, once an item sells it is generally no longer available.

4. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

Product is no longer available.
Pricing or listing errors.
Suspected fraud.
Payment authorization issues.

If payment has already been processed, any authorized charges will be refunded.

5. Payments

We accept payment methods offered through Shopify Payments and PayPal.

All payments are processed securely. Secondhand Sweeties does not store your payment information.

6. Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Delivery times provided by carriers are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Secondhand Sweeties is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
